History. Original Rule entitled "Conditions Governing Shipment" was filed and effective on February 11, 1966 as Emergency Rule 40-4-17-0.1-.05 to remain in effect for 120 days. (Said Emergency Rule expired on June 10, 1966.)

Amended: Rule entitled "Conditions Governing Shipment" was filed on January 12, 1967; effective January 31, 1967.

Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule of the same title adopted. Filed December 4, 1970; effective December 24, 1970.
