Rule 40-15-3-.03. Declaration of Identity: Consumer Package

1. (1) Declaration of Identity. Consumer Package. A declaration of identity on a consumer package shall appear on the principal display panel, and shall positively identify the commodity in the package by its common or usual name, description, generic term, or the like.
2. (2) Parallel Identity Declaration: Consumer Package. A declaration of the identity on a consumer package shall appear generally parallel to the base on which the package rests as it is designed to be displayed.
