Rule 375-3-1-.07. Knowledge Tests
- (1) Applicants for all classes of licenses and non-commercial instruction permits must receive a grade of at least 75 points out of a possible 100 on the appropriate test examining their understanding of official traffic control devices, knowledge of safe driving practices and the traffic laws of Georgia. The applicant will be considered to have failed the examination for cheating on any portion of the tests.
- (2) For motorcycle permits (MP), the knowledge test score shall be valid for one (1) calendar year.
- (3) The MP is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance and is limited to one renewal.
