Rule 360-38-.03. Access to PDMP Information

1. (1) Access to PDMP information is granted to following personnel:

   1. a. Prescribers,
   2. b. Not more than two prescriber's representatives as provided in Code Section 16-13-60, to monitor the PDMP on his/her behalf.
2. (2) All information from the PDMP shall be maintained in a secure and confidential manner.
