Rule 290-2-29-.03. Title and Purpose

These rules shall be known as the Rules and Regulations for Maternity Homes. The purpose of these rules is to provide minimal requirements for the licensing and inspection of maternity homes within the state of Georgia. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 290-2-29-.03
