Rule 142-4-.01. Right of Petition Established

Any interested person may petition the Council requesting the promulgation of a rule or the amendment or repeal of a rule already in force, as contemplated in the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act (Ga. L. 1964, pp. 338-346, as amended). Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 142-4-.01
