Rule 140-2-.10. Sanctions
(1) CJAs and NCJAs are subject to GCIC administrative sanctions for violating laws governing operation of the Georgia CJIS network, these Rules, and for the violation of GCIC and FBI policies and operational directives. (2) Administrative sanctions may be imposed on individual violators with a minimum requirement set by GCIC. (3) Individual violators may be subject to criminal prosecution when their actions constitute violations of criminal state or federal statutes. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 140-2-.10
