Rule 140-2-.07. The State Uniform Crime Reporting Program
(1) The GBI, and principally GCIC, is statutorily responsible as the repository of the state uniform crime reporting program for its establishment, operation, and management. (2) All criminal justice agencies are required to participate in and submit data to the uniform crime reporting program. Additionally, law enforcement agencies are required to submit Georgia specific reports. All reports must be submitted in a manner and format as prescribed by GCIC. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
