Rule 135-10-.04. Exceptions

The prohibitions set out in Rule 135-10-.02 shall not apply to persons exempt under O.C.G.A. 43-10A-7(b). The prohibitions set out in Rule 135-10-.03 shall not apply to persons exempt under O.C.G.A. 43-10A-7(c). Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 135-10-.04
