Rule 125-1-2-.15. Environmental Health and Safety Standards

The Department of Corrections shall comply with requirements of the Public Employee Hazardous Chemical Protection and Right to Know Act of 1988; and conform to standard chemical safety practices as defined under State Law. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 125-1-2-.15
