Rule 120-2-2-.43. Decision of Adjudicator

The Adjudicator must prepare a decision containing:

1. 1. findings of fact, conclusions of law, and discretionary determinations based on consideration of the whole administrative record;
2. 2. an order recommending the final disposition of the case, including relief, if appropriate;
3. 3. the date upon which the decision will become effective (e.g., the day of issuance); and
4. 4. a statement of further right to review.
