Rule 120-2-2-.15. Amendment or Supplementation of Filed Documents

1. 1. Until the adjudication concludes, or the Adjudicator or Agency has made a dispositive ruling, a party must amend or supplement a previously filed document upon learning that the filing is incomplete or incorrect in some material respect.
2. 2. The Adjudicator may approve other amendments or supplements to filed documents, when justice so requires.
