Rule 120-2-2-.11. Rights of Parties, Intervenors, and Limited Participants

1. 1. The rights of a Party are determined by statute, these rules, and other applicable law.
2. 2. The Adjudicator may, pursuant to statute, these rules, or other applicable law, restrict an intervenor's participation.
3. 3. A limited participant may make oral submissions, written submissions, or both, as the Adjudicator permits.
