Rule 111-8-25-.13. Injunctive Relief

The department may, without regard to the availability of other remedies, including the remedies set forth in this Chapter, seek an injunction against the continued operation of a facility without a license. The department likewise may seek injunctive relief against the continued operation of a facility in violation of licensing requirements. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 111-8-25-.13
