Rule 110-3-1-.04. Report of Local Government Finances Forms
A form is provided for cities, counties and for consolidated governments, as authorized by O.C.G.A. 36-81-8et seq. Each active local government in the state must complete a report annually and submit it to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Attached are copies of the forms for cities, counties and consolidated governments.
