Fla. Stat. § 98.481
In any county using a precinct register in lieu of registration books at the polls, the right to vote of any person who desires to vote may be challenged in accordance with the provisions of s. 101.111, except that the inspector shall compare information supplied by such person with that entered or described on the precinct register opposite the elector's name.
