Fla. Stat. § 55.09
Judgments of county courts, county judges' courts, and justices of the peace, entered prior to June 5, 1939, shall become a lien on the real estate of the defendant situated in any county, from the time of the filing in the office of the clerk of the circuit court for said county of a transcript of such judgment and the entry thereof by the clerk in a book to be kept by him or her for such purpose.
