The Supreme Court is hereby authorized, for the purpose of making exchanges, to obtain copies of the report of the decisions of the Supreme Court and district courts of appeal, any of the Florida Session Laws, the Florida Statutes, or any other publication of the state available for distribution and exchange for any book or publication needed for use in the Supreme Court library.
