1. (1) Each state university and community college may develop courses designed for public school teachers, counselors, physicians, law enforcement personnel, and other professionals to assist them in recognizing symptoms of substance abuse impairment and identifying appropriate service providers for referral and treatment.
2. (2) Such courses may be made available to students who are currently enrolled and for continuing education units.
