Sections 849.01, 849.08, 849.09, 849.11, 849.14, and 849.25 do not apply to participation in or the conduct of any of the following activities:

1. (1) Gaming activities authorized under s. 285.710(13) and conducted pursuant to a gaming compact ratified and approved under s. 285.710(3).
2. (2) Amusement games conducted pursuant to chapter 546.
3. (3) Pari-mutuel wagering conducted pursuant to chapter 550.
4. (4) Slot machine gaming conducted pursuant to chapter 551.
5. (5) Games conducted pursuant to s. 849.086.
6. (6) Bingo games conducted pursuant to s. 849.0931.
