In addition to the authority, regulation, or control exercised by the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes pursuant to this act with respect to condominiums, buildings included in a condominium property shall be subject to the authority, regulation, or control of the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, to the extent provided for in chapter 399.
