Any facility exempted under ss. 632.637(1)(e) and 651.011(7) must provide written disclosure of such exemption to each person admitted to the facility after October 1, 1996. This disclosure must be written using language likely to be understood by the person and must briefly explain the provisions of ss. 632.637(1)(e) and 651.011(7).
