The Agency for Health Care Administration shall apply for a federal Medicaid waiver or for other federal grants to allow for the receipt of Medicaid matching funds or other federal funds to be used in conjunction with state, local, and private funds to expand the services provided by the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation. In the event that a Medicaid waiver is used, it shall be limited to 118,725 children and shall include a provision for a lifetime cap of 60 months for those children enrolled in the program after July 1, 1997.
