Any rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of a self-insurance fund shall be conducted under the supervision of the department, which shall have all power with respect thereto granted to the fund under part I of chapter 631 governing the rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of insurers and including all grounds for the appointment of a receiver contained in ss. 631.051 and 631.061.
