1. (1) Suspension or revocation of an arrangement's certificate of authority shall be in accordance with ss. 624.420 and 624.421.
2. (2) If the department finds that one or more grounds exist for the discretionary revocation or suspension of an arrangement's certificate of authority under ss. 624.436-624.446, the department may, in lieu of or in addition to such revocation or suspension, impose a fine upon such arrangement, in accordance with s. 624.4211.
