A foreign limited partnership must file a supplemental affidavit declaring the amount of the capital contributions of the limited partners that is allocated for the purpose of transacting business in this state with the Department of State within 30 days of any time when the actual amount of capital contributions allocated for the purpose of transacting business in this state exceeds the anticipated amount of capital contributions allocated for the purpose of transacting business in this state filed pursuant to s. 620.169.
