Upon the presentation to the Comptroller of any accounts duly approved by the Division of Forestry, accompanied by such itemized vouchers or accounts as shall be required by her or him, the Comptroller shall audit the same and draw a warrant on the State Treasurer for the amount for which the account is audited, payable out of funds to the credit of the division.
