Any commissioned timber inspector or other person furnishing specifications or certificates of inspection of sawed pine timber in this state, who shall falsely represent, or fail to show on such specification or certificate, the classification of such timber by law, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
