If any inspector, or inspector of naval stores at large, shall knowingly and willfully place on any barrel, receptacle, or package of spirits of turpentine or rosin, any mark or brand falsely indicating the quality or quantity of the contents thereof, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
