Any person who shall knowingly purchase or receive, or offer for sale, or sell, any gum spirits of turpentine or wood turpentine, or gum rosin or wood rosin, which has not been marked, branded or stamped in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
