Any person who shall knowingly aid or assist in manufacture or sale, consignment or shipment, of adulterated gum spirits of turpentine or adulterated wood turpentine, which shall be placed or contained in a barrel not marked in the manner provided by law to indicate the character of its contents, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
