Fla. Stat. § 522.02
Persons presumed to be doing business in state
s. 2, ch. 6235, 1911; RGS 4939; CGL 7026.
Any person maintaining an office or soliciting personally or by agent such business in this state shall be presumed to be doing business in this state.
