1. (1) No person shall receive compensation to act as a third party to the sale or transfer of three or more burial rights in a 12-month period unless the person pays a registration fee of $150 and is registered with the department in accordance with this section.
2. (2) The department, by rule, shall provide for the biennial renewal of registrants and a renewal fee of $100.
3. (3) This section shall not apply to persons otherwise licensed or registered pursuant to this chapter.
