The funds in the Construction Industries Recovery Fund may be invested by the Treasurer under the same limitations as apply to the investment of other state funds, and the interest earned thereon shall be deposited to the credit of the Construction Industries Recovery Fund and shall be available for the same purposes as other moneys deposited in the Construction Industries Recovery Fund.
