The commission shall inform the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation of any disciplinary action the commission has taken against any of its licensees. The division shall inform the commission of any disciplinary action the division has taken against any broker or salesperson registered with the division.
