1. (1) No person shall:

   1. (a) Practice surveying and mapping unless such person is registered pursuant to ss. 472.001-472.041;
   2. (b) Use the name or title "registered surveyor and mapper" when such person has not registered pursuant to ss. 472.001-472.041;
   3. (c) Present as his or her own the registration of another;
   4. (d) Knowingly give false or forged evidence to the board or a member thereof; or
   5. (e) Use or attempt to use a registration that has been suspended or revoked.
2. (2) Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
