1. (1) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to prohibit a person from holding a license as an embalmer and a license as a funeral director at the same time.
2. (2) The board shall adopt rules which require each license issued under this chapter to be displayed in such a manner as to make it visible to the public and to facilitate inspection by the department. However, each licensee shall permanently affix a recent photograph of the licensee to each displayed license issued to that licensee as a funeral director or embalmer.
