The following trust funds shall be placed in the department:
- (1) Administrative Trust Fund.
- (2) Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Trust Fund.
- (3) Cigarette Tax Collection Trust Fund.
- (4) Hotel and Restaurant Trust Fund.
- (5) Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund.
- (6) Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund.
- (7) Professional Regulation Trust Fund.
