¹450.29 Exclusions.--

This part does not apply to:

1. (1) Any person, or an immediate family member of such person, who is the owner or lessee of a farm or any person, or an immediate family member of such person, who is the owner or lessee of a packinghouse or food processing plant and who employs workers in planting, cultivating, harvesting, or preparing agricultural products for delivery to such packinghouse or food processing plant.
2. (2) Any person who transports workers solely by means of a carpool.

3. (3) Any employee of an individual covered in subsection (1) who performs activities solely on the behalf of that employer and is not an independent contractor.
