1. (1) The administration and supervision of related and supplemental instruction for apprentices, coordination of such instruction with job experiences, and selection and training of teachers and coordinators for such instruction, all as approved by the registered program sponsor, shall be the responsibility of the appropriate ¹career education institution.

2. (2) The appropriate ¹career education institution shall be encouraged to cooperate with and assist in providing to any registered program sponsor facilities, equipment and supplies, and instructors' salaries for the performance of related and supplemental instruction associated with the registered program.
