Every person who holds a permit under the provisions of ss. 413.061-413.068 shall cause to appear upon every ticket, advertisement, subscription, form, placard, article, or other bit of property used in direct connection with the promotion of such solicitation, and shall post in a conspicuous place near the entrance to any building or structure where any entertainment or sale is held hereunder, a statement that such solicitation activity has been approved by the Division of Blind Services.
