The Auditor General shall conduct an audit of the trust funds and related accounts established under this part for fiscal year 1992-1993 and fiscal year 1993-1994 and, for subsequent years, shall conduct such audits as are directed by the Legislative Auditing Committee. The Auditor General shall submit audit reports to the Legislature by December 31 after each year audited.
