- (1) Any person making a complaint pursuant to this act who does so in good faith shall be immune from any liability, civil or criminal, that otherwise might be incurred or imposed.
- (2) The ombudsman or any person acting on behalf of the Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman or the state or a district long-term care ombudsman council shall be immune from any liability, civil or criminal, that otherwise might be incurred or imposed, during the good faith performance of official duties.
