¹370.028 Enforcement of commission rules; penalties for violation of rule.--

Rules of the department and the Marine Fisheries Commission shall be enforced by any law enforcement officer certified pursuant to s. 943.13. Any person who violates or otherwise fails to comply with any rule adopted by the commission shall be punished pursuant to s. 370.021(2).
