1. (1) It is unlawful for any person to make, alter, forge, counterfeit, or reproduce a Florida registration decal unless authorized by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
2. (2) It is unlawful for any person knowingly to have in his or her possession a forged, counterfeit, or imitation Florida registration decal, or reproduction of a decal, unless possession by such person has been duly authorized by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
3. (3) It is unlawful for any person to barter, trade, sell, supply, agree to supply, aid in supplying, or give away a Florida registration decal or to conspire to barter, trade, sell, supply, agree to supply, aid in supplying, or give away a registration decal, unless duly authorized to issue the decal by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, as provided in this chapter or in rules of the department.
4. (4) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
