¹288.9517 Audits; confidentiality.--

1. (1) The Auditor General may, pursuant to his or her own authority or at the direction of the Legislative Auditing Committee, conduct an audit of the technology development board or the programs or entities created by the board. The audit or report may not reveal the identity of any person who has anonymously made a donation to the board pursuant to subsection (2).

2. (2) The identity of a donor, prospective donor, or inventor who contributes to the board who desires to remain anonymous and all information identifying such donor, prospective donor, or inventor who contributes to the board are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. Such anonymity shall be maintained in the auditor's report.

   ¹Note.--Section 14, ch. 93-187, provides that "[s]ections 3 through 11 of this act are repealed December 31, 2003, and shall be reviewed by the Legislature prior to that date. The review must be in accordance with criteria set forth in law."
