1. (1) The ¹division shall periodically review the qualifications of subscribers using the state SUNCOM Network and shall terminate services provided to any facility not qualified pursuant to ss. 282.101-282.111 or rules adopted hereunder. In the event of nonpayment of invoices by subscribers whose SUNCOM Network invoices are paid from sources other than legislative appropriations, such nonpayment represents good and sufficient reason to terminate service.
2. (2) The ¹division shall adopt rules setting forth its procedures for withdrawing and restoring authorization to use the state SUNCOM Network. Such rules shall provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to affected parties prior to termination of voice communications service.

3. (3) Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit or restrict the ability of the Florida Public Service Commission to set jurisdictional tariffs of telecommunications companies.

Section 4, ch. 97-296, requires the Division of Statutory Revision to prepare a reviser's bill for submission to the 1998 Regular Session of the Legislature substituting references to the Department of Management Services in the Florida Statutes for references to divisions, bureaus, or other units of that department.
