There is created within the Division of Historical Resources of the Department of State the Florida Folklife Grant Program, funded by moneys appropriated by the Legislature; grants from the Florida Arts Council or any other agency; moneys from fees, admissions, and sales of publications or items; and moneys contributed to the program from any other source. The program funds shall be used by the Department of State for the purpose of financing grants and for the administration of the Florida Folklife Programs.
