The Department of State shall report annually to the Legislature:

1. (1) The claims, if any, actually paid pursuant to ss. 265.51-265.56 during the preceding fiscal year.
2. (2) Pending claims under ss. 265.51-265.56 as of the close of that fiscal year.
3. (3) The aggregate face value of contracts entered into by the department which are outstanding at the close of that fiscal year.
