Fla. Stat. § 250.45
Any proprietor, manager or employee of any theater or other public place of entertainment or amusement within this state, who shall discriminate against any person lawfully wearing the uniform of any branch of the military or naval service of the United States or of the state, because of that uniform, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083.
